Real Estate Cold Calling Services: Compare Scope and Accepted Handoffs

Compare REVA Global and CallGeeks by current stated scope, then define list ownership, contact boundaries, handoff evidence, full costs and acceptance rules.

TL;DR

What are you hiring the provider to do?

A cold-calling service initiates outbound conversations for you. An inbound answering service handles people calling your business. A dialer is software, not a staffed calling operation. Mixing those categories makes both price and workload comparisons misleading.

Before comparing providers, decide whether you want a caller to work your list, a managed outreach process or a broader assistant role. Specify what happens after someone expresses interest. If you cannot take the next conversation, a larger delivery of names will not solve the capacity problem.

The cold-calling operations guide addresses whether you can support the work. This article focuses on the service purchase and the evidence needed to accept its output.

REVA Global and CallGeeks: compare the current descriptions

We read the following original provider pages on November 7, 2026. This is a scope comparison, not a hands-on review, ranking or statement that either provider will produce a given number of leads. We have not tested their callers or negotiated terms.

CallGeeks' description of its internal recording and review does not establish that you receive recordings or have permission to record your particular program. REVA's stated handoff fields do not establish that every delivered record meets your buying criteria. Confirm the details of your package rather than filling gaps from marketing language.

We also checked Rocket Station's current homepage. It describes broader managed operational solutions for service businesses. That homepage does not establish a comparable investor cold-calling package, so it is not treated here as an equivalent quote.

Define an accepted handoff before agreeing on a lead price

Give the provider a written definition of what you will accept. A useful record identifies the property discussed, who spoke and their reported relationship to it, what they actually said about selling, and the agreed next action. Label ownership, condition and timing as reported until you verify them.

Agree how duplicate, wrong-party, incomplete and disputed records are treated. Ask whether any replacement policy exists and exactly what qualifies; do not assume one is included. A person saying they might sell eventually is different from an appointment you are authorized to attend.

Use these invented records to test the acceptance rule. They are not real calls or observed provider performance.

Invented handoff Disposition under the proposed rule Why
The person says they are not the owner Correction needed, not an accepted seller handoff Contact identity is wrong; preserve the correction so it is not reintroduced
The caller reports interest but no property is identified Incomplete The buyer cannot evaluate or responsibly continue a property-specific conversation
The owner describes a property and asks for a call on an agreed day Potentially acceptable, subject to your definition There is enough context and a requested next action, but no verified deal yet
The person asks for no further contact Stop request, not an active lead Preserve the boundary rather than scheduling another sales attempt

Inspect the actual delivered note, not only the provider's status label. Name the buyer responsible for accepting or returning the handoff, and set a review time you can cover. The mail-versus-calling lesson explains why a caller's handoff still takes the investor's time.

Put contact boundaries and ownership in writing

Resolve where the list came from, which uses have been approved and how incorrect records are corrected. Identify who controls the numbers, calling accounts and CRM records. Establish what you can export, what remains available after termination and how exclusions survive later list uploads.

Before live work, have the actual contact process reviewed for the recipients, jurisdictions and technologies involved. Live voice calling, automated or prerecorded calls, recording and SMS need separate consideration. A provider's general assurance or an owner record is not a substitute for that review. This worksheet does not determine which investor calls are legally permitted.

Specify truthful identification, permitted questions and prohibited promises. Do not let callers invent a purchase price, claim a guaranteed closing or turn a stop request into a nurture sequence. Require a clear route to correct errors and escalate unanswered questions.

Compare the complete cost and the evidence behind it

Request the same scope from each provider: setup, caller coverage, supervision, records, contact research, software, usage and follow-up work. Ask about minimum commitments, cancellation and any charges beyond the base price. Count bundled items once. No dollar amount in a provider testimonial establishes your acquisition cost.

Report attempts, correct-party conversations, accepted handoffs, appointments, contracts and completed purchases separately. For cost per accepted handoff, divide the defined cost total by records that actually met your agreed rule. If none qualified, the ratio is undefined, not zero. If you also value your management time, show that assumption separately from cash spent.
